This nickel aluminum bronze wear plate is machined from a wrought bronze alloy.  C63000 nickel aluminum bronze is extruded in rod as well as hot rolled in plate form.  The combination of the addition of nickel to the alloy and the process of manufacturing wrought alloys gives this metal exceptional mechanical properties.  In order to obtain the necessary tolerances for this wear plate, National Bronze Mfg utilized both CNC machining centers as well as an automatic surface grinder.  Our wide array of various equipment allows us complete control of the entire process to ensure the highest quality of parts delivered on time.
