Toughmet® 3 AT C72900 Spinodally Hardened Nickel Bronze

Toughmet 3 AT is alloy C72900 Nickel Bronze that is spinodally hardend to acheive attributes beyond those typically found in other high strength copper alloys. Toughmet 3 AT extruded and spinodally hardend condition exhibits tensile stregnth up to 110 ksi and hardness up to HRC 30. For a copper alloy consisting of Copper - 15% Nickel - 8% Tin, this alloy maintains an excellent level of machinability.
