AMS 4596 C72900 Copper Nickel Tin Bronze that is spinodally hardend to acheive attributes beyond those typically found in other high strength copper alloys. AMS 4596 C72900 is extruded and spinodally hardend condition exhibits tensile stregnth up to 127 ksi and hardness up to HRC 30. For a copper alloy consisting of Copper - 15% Nickel - 8% Tin, this alloy maintains an excellent level of machinability.
