We are manufacturers and distributors of Bronze Bushings, Custom Bronze Bearings, Bronze Bar, Bronze Tube and Bronze Plate. As one of the oldest companies in the industry with the most modern machine tools available, we successfully blend old school craftsmanship with the most contemporary equipment.
Manufacturing
Nearly all of our machines are controlled by computers (CNC). Our manufacturing processes include turning, boring, broaching, grooving, facing, milling, drilling, grinding and de-burring. Many of our manufacturing processes are proprietary, with the tooling made in our own tool room. Our standard lines of Bronze Bushings and Bronze Sleeve Bearings are always being produced to maintain our Service Center inventory levels. Bronze Trunnion Bushings, Bronze King Pin Bushings, Bronze Bowl Bushings, Bronze Thrust Washers, Brass and Bronze Gear Blanks, Brass turned parts, Brass Pistons and related parts are being manufactured daily. Quotations for "Machined to Print" or "Made from Sample" parts, will be returned to you promptly. Custom Bronze Bearings and related parts generally require a 2-3 week lead-time. Graphite Plugged and Graphite filled Grooved Bronze Bearings require 3-4 weeks.
Grooving Specialists (Oil Grooves / Grease Grooves)
Our grooving department will cut standard loop, straight, or figure eight lubrication grooves. We also offer our exclusive "Spira-Lube" and "Rifle-Lube" grooves as well as custom groove patterns of your choice. If you can draw it, chances are we can cut it.

Our Service center stocks much of what we manufacture for quick shipment.
We stock thousands of Cast Bronze Sleeve Bearings (CB Bushings), Solid Bronze Leaf Spring Bushings and Spring Eye Bushings. Our standard lines of Bronze Bushings are stocked both with internal grease grooves (our Spira-Lube style) and without grooves (Plain Bore). We stock many Sintered Bronze Bushings (PM Bushings) and Brass Bushings for general maintenance.
Bar - Tube - Plate
We maintain one of the largest inventories of Bronze Bar, Bronze Tube and Bronze Plate in the Country. We will cut one piece or a thousand. There is no minimum order quantity. We specialize in same day shipping. If you need it shipped today and we have it, we will make it happen.
