Sintered Bronze Bushings
Also referred to as “Oilite” type Bronze Bushings, these Bronze Powdered Metal (P/M) Bushings are economical in large quantities and are recommended for light to medium duty applications. All Standard Sintered Bronze Bushings are readily available. Sintered Bronze Bar and Tube can be modified for limited quantity runs if your part is not an industry standard size. Typically, bar modification is done to avoid relatively expensive special tooling costs or to improve lead times. When quantities increase, this method becomes impractical and costly. In the case of high quantities, we can produce dedicated tooling to minimize the per piece cost. Please expect 8-12 weeks lead time for tooling and PPAP completion.
